This site is intentionally simple: it sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and shows no ads. Personal data is processed in exactly two places — described below.

Hosting and server logs
The site is delivered as static pages via the content delivery network of BUNNYWAY d.o.o. (bunny.net). When you visit, technical connection data (including your IP address, time of request, requested URL, and user agent) is processed to deliver the pages and protect against abuse — legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, reliable delivery). Log data is kept only as long as technically necessary by the provider.
The offer form
When you submit an offer for a domain, we process the data you enter — offer amount, e-mail address, optional message, and the domain concerned — on Tilon's own infrastructure in order to respond to your enquiry and negotiate the sale. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract, at your request). We keep this data for the duration of the negotiation and any statutory retention periods, then delete it. It is not shared with third parties except where a transaction requires it (for example, an escrow provider you agree to use).
E-mail contact
If you e-mail us, we process your address and message content to handle the enquiry — legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. Contact info@tilon.studio to exercise them. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — for us, the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
